Emirates Food and Drinks on Flights to Asia, Australia

First Class passengers (most of business-class service is closed to these menu lists) enjoy a complete range of complimentary drinks in-flight, cocktails, champagne, and vintage wines, except on flights to Saudi Arabia. On the Emirates Brisbane-to-Singapore route the First Class passengers, for example, enjoy the braised beef rib and the stir-fried lobster.

Breakfast on long-haul flights: fresh fruit juice, yogurts and cereals, hot breakfast dishes, pastries, bread and preserves, teas and fresh coffee.

Lunch and dinner, preceded by hot canapés, followed by seven courses: hors d’oeuvres; soup; salad; four entrees; desserts along with five types of cheese, served with port; fresh fruit; fresh coffee, teas, liqueurs and sweets.

Economy Class passengers enjoy aperitifs, Champagne, spirits, beers and red and white wines, except on flights to Saudi Arabia.

Lunch and dinner on long-haul Economy Class flights include hors d’oeuvre, salad, two main courses, dessert, tea, coffee, and liqueurs.

Emirates wine list for the in-flight dining includes: wines, champagnes, and ports from France, Germany, and California, South Africa, Australia, and New Zealand.
